Nick Utley

Nick Utley graduated from Valdosta State University in 2016 receiving a Business Finance degree. Nick played football all four years while in college at Valdosta State. Nick received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland Scholl of Law at Samford University in 2020. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2021. After law school, Nick worked as an associate attorney for four years at a large Atlanta law firm where he gained great experience in title reviewing, title underwriting, and closing many residential real estate transactions. Nick recently joined Brumlow, Corwin & Delashmit in 2025 as a new associate attorney.

Nick grew up in Tifton, Georgia and is married to his wife, Morgan McFall Utley, who is a lifelong resident of Rome, Georgia. Nick is an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves Fan.
