Terry Brumlow

Terry graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1987 receiving a B.A. degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia, School of Law in 1990. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1990. Terry specializes in all aspects of real estate law including residential and commercial real estate closing transactions, title underwriting, real estate acquisitions(purchase and sale), and foreclosures. He also does probate, wills, and some limited corporate work.

Terry is a lifelong resident of Calhoun and Gordon County. He is a member of the Fields Ferry Golf Committee, President of the Calhoun Touchdown Club(8 yrs), and a member, Sunday School Teacher, and Brotherhood Director for the First Baptist Church of Calhoun. He is an avid football fan whether it’s for his high school alma mater, the Calhoun Yellow Jackets, or his beloved Georgia Bulldogs.

Terry is married to his wife, Jodi, and they have two children Lindsey and Jackson who are both married and each have one child.
